Potty training and naps

Planning to start potty training DS (nearly 3) tomorrow. Will still be putting him in a nappy at night time. Only just thought about nap. He still sleeps up to two hours in the day. Would you put a nappy on for naps early on?

Yes.
Dry when awake comes a lot sooner than dry when asleep for the vast majority of dc.
Can move to pull ups if you think they might wake up and want to go, but personally I'd stick with nappies.
