Hi, my 1 year old has started with a cluster of red small dimple spots on her wrist and one knee. This morning she then had lots and lots more all over both legs both arms and fingers and hands. We took her to a and e and we told them she had been around a child who had just been diagnosed with impertigo. Now a spot on her chin has started to week so this one looks like impertigo. The nurse said it looked like hand foot and mouth. Several hours later she now has lots more and some even on her back and belly. Is it really hand foot and mouth. She has had a cold the last week I initially thought chicken pox as they almost have like a watery head on most spots.?
