Please tell me about buggy boards!

Hi all! Baby 2 due in the new year when dc1 will be 3.5. Wondering what people did when out and about with both? Hoping number one will walk mostly but did anyone have a buggy board and were they worth it? We have a bugaboo but had a look and the bugaboo board is £90 plus you need adaptors which seems crazy expensive! Are there any cheaper models that would fit? Is it worth bothering with? Thank you! X

I don’t know about the bugaboo model, but we bought a second hand Lascal buggy board for DD (3.5) and it was a godsend! She loved hopping on and off, and it really helped when I needed both children right with me or if I was in a rush. I would definitely recommend!

Thank you - will check that one out! Happy to go second hand - didn’t realise they’d be so expensive.

Definitely worth getting one. I don't know about bugaboo either but think there are some universal ones you can get. Second hand will be fine

I had the lascal one on my bugaboo cam, worked fine.

DS is just 4 and loves it. Hops on and off and uses it less now he is a bit bigger but it is still useful for when he's a bit 'puffed out' as he puts it.

I had one and it was fine.
Sometimes she sat on the hood instead!
Definitely worth the extra and you can always sell on
