Teething and not eating

Hello.
After some advice on my 20 month old. I think her molers are coming through as she is completely off her food but will only eat junk. I tried putting my finger at back of gums to feel but she just clamps down with all her other teeth and won't let me feel. I'm worried she's going to loose weight. People are telling me she will eat in her own time but I'm just so worried.
Even when I give her Calpol she still won't eat. She doesn't cry tho if she's in pain with them coming through. So I don't know what to do.
Thanks in advance for your replies x

Sorry I can't be of any help but I'm watching with interest as my 16 month old is going off his food and we think it's molars.

He has lost a bit of weight but I'm not sure how to encourage him to eat without upsetting him.

Everyone says he will eat when he's ready but I don't want him looking any more weight so watching with anticipation 🙄
