Help-milk supply has tanked

I've really successfully EBF my 4 and a half month old since he was born. I picked up a sickness and diarrhoea bug which has confined me to bed for the past 36 hours. I kept hydrated and DH kept bringing him up for me to feed him. But I've noticed a massive reduction in my milk supply today and he is noticeably grumpy and grizzly.
I've managed to eat today for the first time in a few days (porridge and toast) and am still drinking loads. Will my milk reestablish itself?

If you think your milk supply has lowered because your breasts feel 'empty I.e. softer, then you needn't worry. Around 4 months breast supply re-establishes itself in more of a supply and demand rate. So you won't get that firm full feeling anymore.

Please don’t worry. At 4.5 months your milk supply will be well established. Just rest if you can, drink plenty of water and feed as often as baby wants.

Hope you feel better soon Thanks

Thanks everyone. I feel so much better today and he seems much happier so no lasting damage :)
