Hi. As above really,? Sounds a silly question but how can i regulate the pooing? He poos at the night feed at least 50 percent of the week amd i have to change him and this can wake him up for over an hour at worse. Very frustrating! I no hes only 4 months but how can i encourage day pooing if i can? When he does poo i have low light to change then either straight bk in cot if he has had all bottle or try rest of bottle but its norlally after bottle.he has a bed bottle at 630 then drrqm feed at 10 then night feed at 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 when ever he wakes which is different every night
Occasionally he wants 2 bottles in the night. Any routine advice would be great? Thanks x

I’m not sure you can stop them pooing at night but some things can help daytime pooing. Some things to try are:

Tummy massage, there’s lots of videos on YouTube.
Leaving him without no nappy on for 10 minutes or so. This gives them chance to have a good kick.
Wearing him in a sling, the gentle pressure sometimes works.
Gentle leg bicycling.
A door bouncer or jumperoo.
