Just wondering if anyone else has a 16 y.o. who is very immature and how you get them to 'grow up'? DD is a beautiful girl but sometimes her attention seeking behaviour makes me cringe 🤦🏻‍♀️ I've spoken to her about it but to no avail! Any advice welcome!!!

What is her behaviour like ? Does she have a part-time job or could she get something for a few hours on a Saturday? Or hobbies?

Do you get her to do housework? These are all good things at teaching independence and taking initiative
