Blow up mattress

Hi,

We’re off to stay with family later today. The plan is for my just turned 3 year old to sleep on a blow up mattress. I’m not sure whether this is safe? Looking it up on the internet, the dangers appear to be for babies but i’m paranoid still. Any thoughts?

What are the dangers you are worried about? Our dc slept in ready beds (mini blow up bed) from that kind of age I think.
