Pram carrycot to pushchair?

I have the Silver Cross Pioneer and we've been using the carrycot since birth. The seat unit is only from 6 months but he's basically too big for the carrycot and he likes to be abit more upright. The seat does lie completely down aswell. Anyone moved their baby on from carrycot before 6 months? It's so hard keeping him entertained 😩

Yes, my eldest was in the seat bit of our Uppababy Vista at about 3 months since she screamed lying down. And my youngest was never in the carrycot.

My kids were babies in Australia, and carrycots were rarely used. Most people used a seat.

Uppababy do a newborn cushion/wedge thing to make them a bit flatter in the seat.

Moved at about 10 weeks also as she was too big for the carry cot and absolutely hated being completely flat and not being able to see! We just had it layed almost flat xx

I've got the Pioneer too, we moved to the seat at around 5 months because DS spent a couple of days in a pushchair whilst away and decided he liked that more.

I mostly kept him lying down for the first couple of months using it.
