My little boy is 14 weeks old. I started breastfeeding then had a blip to my health so pumped and did the occasional breastfeed. I still pump now and breastfeed when we're out and i cant pump. How easy is it to start exclusively breastfeeding. Any tipa?

As you are still doing some breast feeds it shouldn't be too difficult. I went from exclusively expressing to exclusively breastfeeding. I started each feed on the breast then pumped after so I could offer extra then gradually reduced the pumping.

@Bluebelltulip did you find you were expressing lots after a feed? I pump 120ml and when my baby has had a breastfeed i'm still gettinf about 90ml

It reduced as my DD's sucking strength built up. I also had to express a little at the start of the feed to give her a head start but the reason I was expressing in the first place was her lack of strength sucking.
