Bonding activities for 8 Year old girl?

I have three children and my middle child is 8. My other two are 15 and 5. My husband and I are trying to think of activities for our 8 year old as we feel sometimes she gets a bit left out. Mainly because our eldest is a drama queen and our youngest can sometimes be a handful so we thought it would be nice if at least one of us can have a bonding activity with her. Any ideas? She loves he outdoors and loves being creative.

Thank you!

My DD is a little older but for a while now we’ll have a bit of a spa session at home together where we’ll put on face masks and file our nails.

How about doing and archery or climbing course together?

Swimming? Just spend some alone time with her with something she likes doing.
