4 year old severe tantrums

Anyone else’s 4 year old still having severe tantrums? By severe I mean screaming rage that goes on for well over 30-40mins, sometimes over an hour.

I’m really struggling with her and don’t know what to do for the best.

What sort of things trigger the tantrums Igotta and what do you do currently doing while DD has one?

It can be anything from teeth brushing and hand washing to getting dressed. Simple things. The difference these days is that she (hopefully) only tends to do this when she’s ill. So I find enforcing anything and disciplining much harder. But she is absolutely losing her shit at times, like she’s another person. Just wondering if anyone else has this and how do you deal with it.

My DD can be very much like this, so you have my sympathies. We try to make things as much fun as possible. I appreciate though that this always possible Thanks

How old is your DD jilted? Does she tantrum usually when under the weather or at any time?
