Hi All, just looking for some advice/guidance/help! My LO has always been an excellent sleeper! Sleeping right through since she was 12 weeks old! However, for the last 6/7 weeks she is waking up in the nights for at least 1-2 hours (most as been 4 hours 😩). I'm pretty sure it's because of teething so been making sure she has had Calpol and ambesol before bed but nothing seems to be working! She stayed with my parents the other night and didn't wake up once! Any ideas!?xx

Try and stick to your usual routine, don’t change anything. Don’t start giving milk etc. If you know she’s well and not sick I’m afraid it’s a case of reassuring her and then leaving her to cry.I’ll probably get flamed for this but I’m old school (my son is 9 months)

Yeah not giving her milk just some water because she is waking up coughing! I'm trying to leave her as long as possible but then she stands up in her cot and falls back having a tantrum and hits her head 😩 think I'm just going to have to ride it out! Thank you xx
