Vitamin d drops

Hi I am ebf and I haven't given my 7 month year old any vitamin d drops since birth - should I be worried? Can I start from tomorrow? And is it even essential and ok for babies to have?

Thanks

I wouldn't worry about it but personally I'd start. We don't get enough sunlight from something like Sept to March so vit d is advised for kids and adults.
You can start whenever and you can pick up vit d drops for baby's at any good pharmacy.
