What time does your 5, 6 or 7 year old go to bed?

My dc seem to be pushing back their bed time to 9pm. They really should be sleeping 8 and 8:30pm the latest. They wake 7 or 7:30pm usually. I am curious what time other children around the same age go to bed and wake up. My younger one who is 5, should def sleep by 8pm the latest...but his almost 7 year old sister causes him to stay up later.

Nearly 6 year old goes to bed between 7-7.30pm. Asleep ten mins later.
Wakes up between 6.15-6.45am

5.5 year old, never asleep before 9 even if in bed at 730. Wakes up 730am

DDs are 2 and 5 and rarely asleep before 9 🙄 I've previously tried to make bedtime earlier but DP works away a lot and it all goes to pot again on the eves he's here.

I work (at home) most eves and so the later they go to sleep, the later I get started and then I go to bed late. It's a never ending circle!

They wake up around 7.30-7.45 each day

My son is 4 1/2 and goes to sleep around 8/8.30 up around 7.30/8am. We all eat together as a family around 6.30/7pm. We've always done this since he was small.

I've got DD (6) and DS (9).

They go upstairs together (after baths, teeth etc.) usually between 7:30 and 8pm. They're allowed to read or play quietly for half an hour, then I go up and tuck them in. I say goodnight and tell them they can read (in the dark with a torch) for another 5 minutes..... but they rarely go straight to sleep and are both often noodling around still reading, going for a wee etc. until well after 9.

They both always get straight up the moment they hear me getting up to make a cuppa at 6:30am. Doesn't seem to matter what time they went to sleep.

I guess most nights they get around 9 or so hours. Seems to be enough for them.

Rising 5 here, typical is 8.30 to 6.30. I would love him to go to sleep earlier but he won't.

My just turned 5yo dts are in bed by 7, asleep within 15 minutes, and up at 7 at the latest.
However, they're suffering from end-of-termitis just now, so bedtime has been 6.30ish this week. Roll on school holidays!

5 and 7 year olds here, eat dinner at 5.30pm, bath at 6pm, in bed by 6.30pm, read to them till lights out between 7 and 7.15pm. They have to be up by 7am for school.

If I stay with them in a dark room, or sit on the landing bellowing "GO TO SLEEP" every few minutes, they will generally be asleep by 7.30pm. If I don't, the 7 year old falls asleep on his own within 15-20 mins, the 5 year old will happily muck around reading or playing until midnight!

2 DDs, 5.5yrs and 7.5yrs old.
They both in bed by 7.30, 8pm the latest. I still think it's a bit too late, especially this time of the year, as it's super busy at school and they seem very overwhelmed and excited. Especially the younger one. I would stick to an earlier bedtime OP, would be easier in a long run. Thanks
