I'm breastfeeding and very overweight. I really need to lose weight (my joints ache)
I struggle with doing it alone, ie counting calories etc I could do with a group, membership etc so I have to be weighed by someone else.

Exercise is difficult other than out a walk as lo feeds very frequently I can't go to gym and from between around 7am - midnight age pretty much in my arms

So what's the best diet for breastfeeding?

I thought Weight Watchers had a specific programme for Br'feeders.
The best diet is the one you find easiest to stick at & still means long term small calorie reduction.

I think you need to ensure you keep eating a healthy amount for your baby, slimmers world do a great diet for breast feeders.
Can you take your baby swimming, you can still keep them in your arms and you can tread water and get them used to the water (2 birds one stone ) ..you'll burn calories just getting them ready and dressed again lol

Slimming world as you get extra cheese and milk for breast feeding. I enjoyed doing that 1st time round
