7 week old day time naps

Hi all
I’m trying to get a loose routine in place for my son - specially looking at naps/feeding. At the moment I try and make sure he doesn’t stay awake longer than 1.5 hours as he then gets overtired and is a nightmare to put down. But he’s getting more aware of his surroundings so if I put him down for his nap in his moses in the living room like I used to - he won’t sleep. He’ll only sleep in his crib upstairs if I make the room dark. My concern is that it’s very similar to his night time sleep - same bed, dark, white noise and I also need to swaddle him for all sleep because he waves his arms around like crazy. Any advice on whether i might be making him confuse his day and night time sleeps and how I can get around this if he’ll only sleep in conditions like his night time sleep?

Babywear for naps?
Developmentally they learn day and night you can't really teach it.
