Playgroups in Leyland

Hi, we have recently relocated to Leyland and I'm looking for playgroup to go to with my toddler and newborn. Can anyone recommenced any in Leyland or the surrounding areas? We used to attend sure start centres that were ran by the council but I can't find any in this area. Thanks in advance.

Are you on Facebook? The Chorley and Leyland NCT used to be very active running quite a few meet ups. They'll also be able to recommend other local groups

On Facebook there is a group called 'Lancashire What's on for under 5's and families @helensplayproject'
It's a closed group but easy to join and it's mainly got the Preston area on but sometimes there is some for Leyland.
