Tips for bottle feeding on the go

Hi all just looking for some help with bottle feeding on the go - I currently use the ready made formula but these go right through my baby and they are expensive.

Looking at getting a thermos flask and taking out pre measured powder? Or do people take cool boiled water and reheat this and pre measured powder?

Really not sure what the best way forward is for an easier life! Thanks in advance x

Thermos flask and pre measured powder is how we did it, as thenguidelines say to make up each feed fresh. As baby gets in to routine it’s easy to predict when to make the feed up in time for it to cool down (each fresh bottle lasts 2 hours once made up) otherwise I asked for a cup of ice to cool down quickly if we were in costa etc

I put 2oz of boiling water in the bottle add formula and then top up with cool water
I just get boiled water from wherever I am (never had a problem getting it) and I bring cool water was pre cooled boiled water prior to 6 months

I take a flask of boiling water and a bottle of cold; we call it the 'Perfect Prep' method as we realised we could do that when we brought the machine!
