7 year old wetting herself daily

For the past few months, DD (7) has been having accidents nearly every day. I’ve spoken to school, who have agreed to let her go to the toilet whenever she needs to. I took her to the doctors, who couldn’t find anything medically wrong.
I’m at a loss as to what to do.
Has anyone got any advice?

Have you asked her about it? Is she just putting off going for too long? Does she not like going for some reason? Does she not feel the urge to go?

My niece is 6 and can be a bit of a tiddler, especially if she gets too excited. My sister (her mum) was like it too when she was younger. My sister grew out of it and my niece is better when reminded to go to the loo especially when she is getting excited/giggling. It’s not easy especially when they are getting older and become aware of it but it does get better.

There was a post on this recent,y with a 9 year old and it ended up being as issue with constipation creating extra pressure on the bladder.... might it be that?
