My DD is 2.5 had I had to pick her up from nursery yesterday because she had two diarrhoea poos. She seemed fine in herself apart from saying she was a bit tired. No diarrhoea yesterday afternoon and eating normally. I checked on her before bed and she had done a massive poo in her sleep (a bit soft but fairly normal)
She wears a nappy at night but is potty trained during the day.

Today she has been fine, eating and playing fine. She had two bad nappy's though earlier, (in Nappy's today just incase - still using toilet for wees) one poo was particularly runny, smelly and green.

I am meant to be visiting friends on Sunday and have told them she has had diarrhoea and therefore although she seems fine I wouldn't want to pass anything on.

They are insisting I come. What would you do? I am always a definite no unless 48 hours clear as I don't want to be responsible for making others ill.

If adult friends not ill or anything already, And your LO is still eating and happy I’d risk it, not a proper tummy bug. Just be really careful with hygiene.
