Bringing up milk

Hey all after some advice. My 2 week baby boy has started bringing up his milk, it started about 2 days ago and doesn't happen on every feed. Any advice on why or what I should do? Thank you

Hi. My little girl (10 days old) is doing the same - I think it’s because she’s drinking too much. She has trouble latching on one side and it feels like there could be an over supply on this side so I try and hand express a bit off that side before she feeds (she still fights me!). When she is sick it’s usually after a feed on this side. I’m trying to make her feeds little and often rather than letting her feed for long periods of time.
