3 month old cat naps

Is anyone else’s the same? My daughter seems to sleep for 30 mins, awake for an hour, sleep for 30mins, awake for an hour...I’ve tried resettling her after the 30 mins but she has none of it. Plus she seems wide awake, smiley etc. But then an hour later she’s back down for a nap. It’s not like I’m forcing the naps either as she goes out like a light.

Just not sure If this is normal / a phase / how to fix it if not! I worry about going out as I know she’ll be neeeint a nap super quick..!

My boy does this from around 11 weeks hes now 17 weeks. He can be awake 1.5/3 hours then has a cat nap 20/30 minutes at a time. He does sleep through the night though usually 9/10pm till 7/9am. Does your LO sleep well at night? I think its perfectly normal every baby is different and may be a phase.

My ds was exactly he same, 30 min cat naps and as he got older his awake time between naps slowly became longer, I think he was over 1 before he started having 1 long nap a day and at 2.5 stopped naps all together

Thank you!
Her night times are hit and miss. They range from waking just 2/3 times a night 7pm - 7am, to waking every hour or two!
