Wheels for maxi cosi isofix car seat?

Is it possible just to get a set of wheels that a maxi cosi car seat will fit on to?

I understand the guidelines on keeping babies in car seats too long. I have a toddler and have a tiny car so I’m finding it really stressful having baby in the sling and needing to wrangle the toddler.

I was hoping to get a set of wheels for our short trips into town etc that would fit in my small car and without having to buy an entire pram system.

I bought the chassis only on eBay for about £40 so it is possible.

The car seat was an old CabrioFix one which fitted on to a Loola chassis with some car seat adaptor fittings.

I remember emails maxi cosi with the specs just to make sure though!

I sold mine on a year later for the same price I bought it.

There are some brand new ones on eBay at the moment but worth checking local selling pages on FB.
