Delegating parental responsibility

hello

long story short, my child's mother has booked a holiday abroad in school time with her family, partner, child and other children / family members, as per a court order that is in place for our child he isn't aloud to attend without the schools permission or the judges permission, she hasn't been granted this, also a 2nd court order was issued preventing him being removed from school. She has decided to still go on holiday anyway leaving our child with an extended family member, therefor delegating parental responsibility. This family member has failed to take him to school, and his mother failed to inform me or the school of his whereabouts and well being. I am concerned that these issues are potentially been neglectful towards his emotional well-being and educational well being as per the situation and unauthorised absence from school ...... Has anyone been in a similar situation or has any advise ? many thanks
