Cooing and spitting up?

My 14wo seems to spit up a lot more when he is cooing or laughing, have any other mums noticed this? Is it something to see the GP about?

Is he upset by it? Unless he’s very distressed, not gaining enough weight or is generally a miserable baby I wouldn’t bother the GP, no.
