Hope people don't mind this picture.

I hate rashes and hives, never know what the cause is.

3 year old daughter has this on legs and torso.

What do I do?

They look like hives, do the glass test.
Have you got an antihistamine suitable for a 3 year old?

Zoosie · 01/12/2018 20:55

They disappear when I press a glass, that's good isn't it?

I have no antihistamine, will get in morning unless I can get at shop. No chemist open near by

Looks like an allergic reaction to me. Is it irritating her?
Itching etc?

I had this with 18mo DD about 2 months ago. They randomly appeared one evening and I called 111, I was told if no temperature then to keep and eye and call back. She was fine in herself and they moved around her body randomly for a few days and then disappeared completely. We had been out walking so I assumed it may have been a plant/leaf she had come into contact with

Sorry actually looking at the photo they were much less red than your dd, almost like nettle sting
