Yellow sick

Should I contact the doctors if my 7 week old baby has puked up lots of yellow curdled milky sick twice in 12 hours after breastfeeding? She’s not been sicky before now so a bit out of character. Or am I just over reacting?

12 hours? What has she eaten since then?

Or do you mean she has been sick twice in the 12 hours after feeding? If that then it could be the colour of your milk. Or yellow sickness can be stomach bile if there are bugs going around. How has she seemed in herself?

She has had a few more breastfeeds since then and kept them down. The ones she was sick with were at 5am and 7pm but all fine inbetween and no temperature.

She seems ok in herself. Maybe a bit sleepier than usual but otherwise ok I think.

Come to think of it, she did bring up a lot of milk 2 days a go too, where she stiffened up and lots of vomit came out of her nose and mouth?? The vomit was yellow but there was lots of it.
