How do you stop breastfeeding

So LO is 5 days old now. After 5 days of really struggling I've decided to swap to bottle feeding. Thankfully I always knew I might do this so had all the right supplies in ready.

My issue is though my milk has now come through and my boobs are so huge and sore, is there anything I can do to help? How do you stop producing milk?

Production will settle in a few days if you aren't stimulating the breast. Wear a well supportive bra in the meantime and regular paracetamol/Ibuprofen if you need it.
