5 month old off milk and unwell - teething?

Hello,

So for the last couple of days DS (just under 5 months) has been off his milk, having around half of his usual amount yesterday and today he’s barely managing two ounces at a time and will wriggle, kick his legs and squirm before and after getting wind up. He has a bit of a cough which sounds a bit chesty and has been having more dirty nappies and is generally more upset. Doesn’t have a temperature I’m just growing concerned about the lack of milk he’s having - also I can hear a lot of gurgling in his tummy when drinking. I took him to the doctors this morning but he just said he’s probably just got a bit of an upset tummy and to thin his milk (he’s a bit old school!). Wondering if I should get a second opinion or if I’m being an overly cautious ftm? He’s also been teething for the past good few weeks but it hasn’t bothered him this much!

Any advice appreciated - just want to ease his discomfort! :(
