Nearly 5 month old has had weird poo for about 12 days, day 1-5 of this I thought he had a tummy bug of some sort as he was pooing runny mucus greeny poo after most if not all bottles (bottle fed baby). Day 6/8 it was less frequent but still 3+ and more yellow again, the last couple days he has prob had 2 massive poops that leak and is a bit runny still but not overly runny with touches of mucus and whitey bits
I don’t know if normal course of tummy bug, he has had no signs of dehydration or if this could be teething related? Although no teeth cutting but a bit dribbly plus everything is going in his mouth.
Any help?
