Just that really. Baby went down with pox on the weekend. 3 yo DD goes to preschool. Is it ok to send her? For info, the sister of the child my baby was infected by was in pre school last week.

Has sister had CP? If not, I wouldn't.

Yell course you should, if people kept siblings off for siblings being unwell would barely get out!
Unless she’s got symptoms you can’t keep her off indefinitely, it could take a week/2 week a before she is infectious but you won’t know.

Maybe just advise nursery of baby to check there are no immuno-compromised children in sisters class in case they want to keep them off.

Yes.
Your oldest may or may not come down with chicken pox in the next 3 weeks. Send her, but Baby needs to stay away from public places (including the school run and nursery playground).

Cool, glad to see common sense prevails. I can't stay home on the off chance!
