Bullying by teachers/head teachers

Hi,

I am wondering how common it is for parents to be bullied by head teachers. This is happening at our school. When parents raise issues, and keep raising them if they are not resolved, the parents are labelled as the problem.

The parents recently raised the issue of general violence and aggression in the play ground, and the head teacher is now picking one complaining parent out at a time, banning them etc.

It is so bad that the police is now involved, and they can see the problem, but still the school persists. Luckily the police has stepped up, where the council has dropped the ball.

But I am generally surprised that this is at all happening? A friend told me that "Their worlds are too small, and they are the dictators."
I am taking my child out in the new year, but not all parents are able to do this. Has anybody else experienced bullying by the teachers/head teachers?
