Any advice on how to increase milk supply for a single feeding/pumping session, without increasing number of feeds/pumps per day??? LO is 7 months, three meals per day and combine fed formula and ebm. Verrrrry long story behind breastfeeding journey including four months of exclusive pumping due to tongue tie, nipple issues, latch issues...six bouts of mastitis later, reduced pumps, got bub back onto boob for bedtime feed only (still a bit hit and miss, not every night) the aim is now to keep supply for only this (pumping when he doesn’t go on) BUTTTT yes supply seems to be dropping massively for this single session. Don’t want to add in any more pumping sessions back in and please no suggestions re nursing, Ive tried EVERYTHING!! Helpppp

My dd is 16 weeks and having huge supply issues. She eats so much that I cannot replenish in time for her next go! Watching this thread with interest!

I've tried a few things including increasing the number of times I pump after feeds to encourage more production and fenugreek tablets. A bit wary of the fenugreek though since its been linked with infertility.

Breastfeeding for 6 months now...porridge oats! Amazing for increasing bm. Also drink LOADS of water, I have a 2L waterbottle on my bedside table just for nightfeeds!
