My son has been in care for 9 months, the judge looked at all evidence and decided that social services threshold had not been met,he returned home full time on november 8th.We were given a contract of expectations ,part of it says that all visible injuries have to be reported straight away along with photographic evidence,it does not say what happens if any of the conditions are broken. My son has hit himself with his beaker ,there is a small red mark, this has been reported and it really is the truth ,i know that he could potentially go into the care of my parents ,would that happen only if non accidental injuries happen or any injury? ,would he go to them straight away or would it go back to court first?would like to add that my son is a clumsy child who does bruise and get marks easy,he has had some bloods done and we are still awaiting on those results to see if he has any conditions and a also a independent expert did two reports for court saying that all the injuries were just normal injuries.
