Dummy fairies arrived today

This morning DD (2.5) gave the fairies her dummies for the fairy babies and they gave her presents. How bad do you think tonight will be?

It will be fine :) keep repeating 'you have presents now instead of dummies'. Ask her why she got the presents too, and who has her dummies now. We did the same, Santa took the dummies a month ago and said there will be presents if ds gives up the dummy. He's been fine. Only asked for it once about 2 weeks after but repeated the' presents ' line.

Fine! We gave a bottle of milk when dummy fairy went at bedtime. Lol they had a bottle till about 5 year old but it means they’re not using a dummy during the day,

Thanks for the experiences. She has not had a bottle since she was 13 months and she has only had the dummy for sleeping since then.

She seems to have just deliberately weed her knickers and I am wondering if it related.

An update for anyone who find this thread in the future. It was way easier than I expected. First night she cried and took forever to go to sleep, we have a few days or early waking but now it is back to normal.
