I want a NICE funky all in one nappy. Do such things exist?

ideal would be fleece outer and bamboo or hemp inner but hey.

I don't LIKE kiddie prints or similar. Eeeew.

The ideal would be a pull up or if not, velcro fastening (its for dd who is toilet trained with no nappy on but not with-and I can't be doing with pushing it, shes not yet 2)

Swaddlebees? Not fleece but very funky colours and you can increase the absorbancy with a hemp insert as they have a pocket for extra stuffing.

I dont know any all in ones other than magic alls and there not so good and popers anyway but others may - pockets with velcro - drybees - funky patterns camoflauge, spotty etc... fuzzis do prints that flame and snuggle bum do but dont kow how 'kiddyfied' they are. Other velcr fastners i can think of are happy heinys and swaddlebee aplix (velcro). All others in bright loud colours are poppers that i can think. Hope that helps.

oops sorry - fleece outer - minki are fleece outer and do pockets but they are a tadge HUGE!!! Pockets can be stuffed with a nice hemp insert or bamboo insert.

The fuzzis are very kiddified

Bumsnugglers do AIO and bumbeano - if you contact them they will often do custom fabrics etc. You're best bet is to contact the WAHMs and they will usually help or point you towards someone who will.

Weenotions are good with custom orders too.

Mommys Touch do an AIO with some good prints, you would have to order from their US site though as I don't know of any UK stockists

ok am going through and googling suggested nappies, many thanks

a question though

whats a pocket nappy? how does it work?

Flamesparrow · 21/06/2007 18:45

A pocket nappy is like an AIO in the fact it all does up at once with no wrap, but you can add/remove the absorbant bit so drying is quicker and you can make it more absorbant than a normal AIO

CarGirl · 21/06/2007 18:50

I have one that is hemp with blue fleece outer, but it has a car design on the inner it was from America by a WAHM I think - very expensive new and still in VGC.

Personally I didn't get on with any pockets so I would only buy a few to start with to try them out.

LittleRainbowNappies · 21/06/2007 21:20

What about a Monkeydoodlez? They are made in the US check out www.monkeydoodlez.com I have some in stock and have not had any complaints about them, infact the first person to buy one came back and ordered 12 more so they must have been ok!

fillyjonk · 21/06/2007 21:36

like like the monkeydoodlez but are they all AIOs ? am confused

i especially like the pics on the swim nappies but thats not much use

The microdoodlez and orginal dooodlez are all in one nappies, the micro doodlez are lovely as they are fleece lined but the originals are good as you can boost them easily and add a fleece liner if you wanted to, they have a similar lining to the motherease staydry nappies.
