Anyone done an online course with Stonebridge Associated Colleges

I am interested in doing on online course in psychotherapy or counselling (for kids) but, before I sign up, ! was wondering if anyone had taken any courses with Stonebridge

The best thing to do with courses like this is to check out if prospective employers would regognise the qualification you will get.

I looked at childcare courses with similar companies when I was working as a nanny, I checked with the local council and agencies and they said they weren't worth the paper they were printed on and at the time the only qualification they accepted was the 2 year full time SNNB or NNEB qualification.

So be very careful with what can sound like a porper qualification, it might not be recognised by the people that matter.

i also thought about stonebridge but as nobody had really heard of them (wanted to do child psychology)i gave them wide berth!

OK - you have both confirmed what I was already thinking.. with Stonebridge you pay extra for courses that come with 'qaulifications' which made me suspicious.
