Best weaning books

I have a 5 month old, and will obviously be starting our weaning journey at 6 months, and I have no idea where to start, does anyone have any recommendations for books on weaning? Thanks

It depends what weaning approach you want to take but I found the Baby Led Weaning cookbook had good, simple recipes in it that were actually edible for me and DH as well. If you’re interested in BLW there’s a more detailed book available but the recipe book has quite a lot of information about it too.

@RaspberryBlonde I think we are going to do baby led weaning, I am slightly nervous about this, but everyone has said it's the better option!
