Baby squirming & agitated while feeding

i, just wanted some advice as a first time parent. During feeds (80% of the time) my baby flaps her arms, moans, strains her face and squirms excessively during a bottle feed? When I stop to burp her she stops but when I continue to feed she again knocks the bottle flapping her hands and moving her head side to side squirming etc? Even though she is hungry? And I don’t understand why, but every time I feed her it’s a figh. I’ve tried a fast flow teat thinking maybe she’s frustrated with the flow of milk but this doesn’t seem to work. Any suggestions as to why she’s doing this would be great smile

My son was exactly like this and he has silent reflux. He's SO much better at feeding and sleeping (& much happier in himself) since he's been on Ranitidine

My baby had a cow's milk intolerance and was flapping due to the painful gas he was getting when it didn't react well in his little tummy x

Mine does this as well! I sometimes have to stand up to feed him and he prefers it

Sometimes he pushes it away, gets annoyed it’s gone and then eventually calms down when he gets it back

It could be CMPA. Does he have any of these symptoms?
