Hand foot & mouth

How long would you keep your kids at home if they had hand foot & mouth? My 2 yr old & 8 month old both still have visible blisters but feel well. Only went the occasional walk over the last week. NHS pages encourage kids to go back to nursery when they feel well. Only asking because I felt a bit judged when my kids were mixing with others today at a play centre. Was planning bookbugs tomorrow but now I'm not sure.

Personally, I’d keep them off. You don’t know if there’s any PG women or if those attending care for people with suppressed immunity.
