Hi

I've used Bepanthen nappy cream for my DD since birth but recently it's nearly doubled in price. Is there an alternative you can recommend?

Does she have an actual nappy rash? If so, this stuff is a miracle cream and clears it v quickly. Bepanthen never made any difference to my DD’s nappy rashes.

Metanium for actual nappy rash, zinc and caster oil for a barrier cream. Metanium is more expensive but it works and you only need a tiny bit.

I find sudocreme is really good.

Metanium for actual nappy rash and sudocrem if not.

I used metanium but Vaseline as a barrier.

Drapolene. Available is most independent pharmacies. Swore by it

I use metanium for actual nappy rash and Vaseline for general nappy changes

I find metanium dries the wee one's skin. I use sudocrem in general and when she gets nappy rash coconut oil is the only thing that works for us.

Boots nappy spray. No need to rub in.
