Don't bother. Just snuggle on the sofa and watch TV.

Some people will say they had their babies in a routine by 6 weeks but there is no need and after the 4 months sleep regression everything goes to pot anyway.

How does your lo react to bath time? Do they find it relaxing or stimulating?

Feed the baby. Put the baby in the bed. Pat a bit. Run (quietly).

Ah have heard about the regression! He loves bath time - squeals and smiles throughout so I guess stimulating!!

I have an 11 week old and have some kind of routine, feed, bath, massage, cuddle, another feed and off to bed for around 9, he usually sleeps through the night now waking around 6/7 but the routine kind of just happened naturally and things can often change it I'm dreading this sleep regression though, those early sleepless nights were hard.

Not a definitive routine when that little but i personally liked a nightly bath time to help me get a sense of a routine - I know most mnetters don’t like bathing their baby daily but I felt it helped cement the idea of “this is night”
