Cow & Gate follow-on-milk problems

Okay, so my DS has been on cow & gate formula since birth, (I wasn't able to breast feed).

He turned six months old on Sunday, so I switched him to the cow & gate follow-on-milk, which is aimed at babies aged 6-12 months. However, it's been making him quite sick after most feeds and he's reluctant to drink it.

I've been weaning him for about a month, and he's still eating fine. He's just really struggling with the new milk.

What do I do?

Leave him on the first milk, it’s fine! No need to switch.

Just stick with first milk, it's a con is the follow on milk - don't even know why it still exists!

Carry on with the infant formula if he was doing well on it. Follow-on milk is an unnecessary product that was only invented because it’s illegal to advertise infant formula.

Follow on milk is a marketing exercise only. They're not allowed to advertise milk for babies under 6m. Keep him on first milk.

Oh my god! I had no idea that it was a marketing ploy.

Thank you, everyone. To asda I go!!
