Penicillin help - toddler!!

Hi everyone. This is my first post and hoping someone can help me.

My 2 year old has tonsillitis and she has to have 5ml penicillin 4 x a day, either an hour before food or 2 hours after for 10 days.

This is fairly manageable at home, but the issue is when she goes back to nursery.

I will give her a dose as soon as she gets up at 6.30 and she has breakfast at nursery 7.30/8. Now the problem starts as they snack at 10, lunch at 12, snack at 2 and tea at 4. Some how need to fit 2 doses in around those snack/meal times. Anyone else had the same and can say what’s best to do as going to be a pain with the empty stomach rule. She’ll have her last one before bed.

Thanks in advance xx

Ask them to not give her a morning snack, or just water. Then she can have one dose at 11. Then the third dose when she gets home and wake her up at 11pm for the fourth dose. Maybe they could give her an extra big breakfast to make up for the missed snack, or early snack at 9am..
