Is it Colic or Constipation?

Hi all!

The last 3/4 days my baby girl has been struggling to poop and the number of pooey nappies has dropped from about 5 a day to 1 maybe 2 a day, with the odd little wet trump in between... still plenty of wet ones though. She’s 1 month old tomorrow, so I’ve been told it could be colic as constipation is rare in breastfed babies but every time she tries to have a poo she screams out, goes bright red and flings her arms and legs around. I noticed her tummy was a swollen and hard so I called 111 who basically told me to carry on doing what I’m doing.
I’m so confused and feel useless as I wind her between swapping boobies during every feed. Yesterday I bought infacol which I give before each feed and it seems to have helped a little but not a great deal. Also I don’t want to delay feeding her as you have to breastfeed on demand as to not throw out the pattern or milk production but st the same time I don’t want to keep filling her up and causing more of a blockage or pain Sad Confused
I’ve been advised to try gripe water until I can get a doctors appointment for her but will it even help?
