Evening all!
I’m wanting some recommendations please for toy storage. I was thinking of a toy box/chest with lift up lid but then thought about those storage cube things which might be easier to see the toys and organize? I haven’t a clue what kind of thing is best though, please help! I haven’t got much space.

I bought DD a rack with boxes. If you look up toy storage unit on Amazon there are lots to choose from.
It saves things getting buried at the bottom and if you're very organised you can play with a different box every day.

I bought the songmics one which is plastic boxes and about £40 now although it was cheaper then. It's sturdy though and will last years.

The IKEA Kallax units plus boxes get my vote - and yy to rotating them!

We used Ikea trofast with different depth boxes and shelves was brilliant!

Yes to rotating here too, also being ruthless and not keeping toys they weren't in to. Lots of studies have shown too many toys just overwhelm.

Thank you for the ideas! Are the ikea trofast sturdy enough to sit on? I’m thinking I could put a cushion on top, make the most of the little space I have in his room so I can get rid of the folding chair currently in there.

Does anyone know if the trouser is suitable to sit on? If not, any other recommendations?

Yeah I Think Trofast is sturdy enough.

Trofast is very sturdy, we use it as steps for dd’s midsleeper bed as well as toy storage.

Perfect thank you! I’m going to have to schedule an IKEA trip for trofast and candles!! WinkGrin
