Easy Peasy Bimbles - Is stuffing the pocket necessary?

the website says...

"Lovely trim nappy with versatility of having a pouch for extra boosting."

Does anyone have them? What are they like? How absorbent would they be without boosting?

I think the newborn size won't last very long so considering size 1.

I only ever used bumbles (if they still exist) initially without any boosting folded down and they were absolutely fab but my babies did start off at 10lbs!

Well that's a distinct possibility - DS was 10lbs at birth.

just go for nippa bumbles then (birth to potty sized) when you fold them up to make them shorter in the rise the extra padding is where you need it for the wee! I think I used them unstuffed for about 3 months, then with some thin boosters (like kushies) for a couple of months and then with the original booster. HTH

My ds2 was 9 lbs 5 oz at birth and we used the original bimbles from birth (there is no pocket in these). They were my favourite of all the newborn nappies we had and were perfectly absorbant up until he was about 14 lbs when we bought some bumbles instead. I was also using them until very recently to stuff the bumbles to make a nice big night nappy.
