Does anyone have any advice on how to go about changing a court order?
A court order is in place after my DS's father was arrested for domestic violence and I felt he was not stable enough to have any visits with DS, we went to court and he was granted one night a week access which I agreed with as my DS needed to see his Father, recently after my DS returns home from these visits he is very unsettled, behavioural issues arise, he becomes quite violent which is not usual for him and he keeps saying he doesn't ever want to go back there. What can I do?? Help
(Please note: there is no communication between myself and DS's father due to a restraining order)

I’d go straight back to court and express your worries, don’t ever put your child in a position he’s not safe in. Good luck x
