Pretty much what it says in the title! Just looks for rubbish constantly and then it's a crying match if she doesn't get it (obviously she doesn't 90% of the time) .. She use to be a good enough eater, loved her porridge or cereal and toast for breakfast, decent enough lunch and dinner and supper? Now it's NOTHING, she spits out everything. It's awful, hate knowing she hasn't had anything decent in her stomach the whole day. Any one else struggle with this? Or have any guidance.

What things will she happily eat? If there are some reasonably healthy foods she will eat then I would include some of these at each meal but also continue to offer foods that she is rejecting . Don’t comment if she doesn’t eat anything but lots of praise when she does.

She always loved her porridge and I loved giving it to her because of the filling and nourishing it is for her, also because she wouldn't drink milk but that was a way of getting it into her...Now she eats two spoonfuls :/ . She liked raisins for a snack, now she chews one spits it on the floor..liked most fruit - won't eat that spits everything out, won't eat ANY vegetables atall, , the only vegetables she really liked in the first place though were eggs and Potatoes - spits these out now as well. She loved her meat, any kind atall... Chicken is the only thing now she would put in her mouth and not much at that either. Her attitude is pretty crappy, stroppy, fake cries and squeals to get her own way.
She just wants rubbish rubbish and more rubbish !!! She's definitely not getting the nourishment that she needs at the moment. It's so frustrating and also a sin of the amount of food that is wasted everyday in my house because of it. Really don't know why it's happening .
